Our marketing agency is dedicated to providing students with a hands-on learning experience that will sharpen a variety of their professional skills and apply it to real business scenarios. In addition, we offer a multitude of opportunities for career development, including networking events and workshops.

Marketing Intern

After your interview assessment, you will be placed on a specific team that best aligns with your personal interests and strengths. Here are some responsibilities you could be tasked with:

  • Work effectively with teams to develop marketing content and strategies for clients

  • Attend monthly networking and training events (free professional headshots are provided on a yearly basis.)

  • Key duties, but not limited to the following: graphic design, social media content curation, website management, event coverage, etc.

  • Weekly time commitment: 5 - 10 hrs

Executive Board Positions

Internal Director

  • Leading visionary of the Cougar Creative brand and oversees the entire organization

  • Develop workshops and internal lesson plans to enhance membership experience

  • Regularly monitor organizational productivity to ensure objectives are met

External Director

  • Monitor communication between clients and Account Executives to ensure contract obligations are being satisfied

  • Expand business network by scouting potential clients and strategizing plans for acquisition

  • Responsible for continuing a quality relationship with clients via feedback surveys and monthly check-ins

Account Executive

  • Team lead responsible for assigning intern tasks and facilitating project objectives/deadlines

  • Build team synergy, manage overall coordination, and boost morale

  • Weekly time commitment: estimated to be 5-10 hours a week
